Contact and quote forms may collect your name, email, phone number, event or delivery details, estimated quantity and the message you choose to send.

The AI Gift Creator processes the personalization text you enter, together with the selected product references, in order to create a visual demo. Please do not enter sensitive personal data and only use names, company names or event wording that you are authorized to use.

Technical security and service logs may include information such as IP address, device/browser details and timestamps when required to operate and protect the service.

We process contact requests to respond to your enquiry and quote requests to take steps requested by you before a potential contract or commercial relationship.

We process limited technical information where necessary for website security, fraud prevention and service reliability on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Optional external media, such as live Instagram content, is enabled only with your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.

Personalization text and product reference images are sent to the generation service solely to produce the requested demo. Final materials, printing, colors, scale and packaging are confirmed separately before production.
