You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, upload malicious content or use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights.

A request for a quote does not create a binding order. A commercial agreement is formed only when the relevant proposal, specifications, price, taxes, delivery terms and other conditions are expressly confirmed by the parties through the applicable ordering or acceptance process.

Availability, production times, minimum quantities, delivery costs, taxes and payment terms may vary and will be stated in the relevant quote or order confirmation.

Personalized items are produced according to approved specifications. Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, logos and other personalization details before final approval.

Where consumer law applies, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Custom-made or clearly personalized goods may be subject to legally permitted exceptions to withdrawal rights, which will be disclosed where applicable before a binding order is confirmed.

The AI Gift Creator provides an illustrative concept only. Generated images may contain visual variations or imperfections and are not a production proof, product specification, guarantee or binding representation of the final item.

Final colors, materials, typography, label position, dimensions, packaging and product combinations must be confirmed separately before production.

You must only submit names, company names, event wording, logos or other content that you are entitled to use and must not submit unlawful, infringing or sensitive content.

The Solet Events brand, website design, original text, imagery and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Nothing on the website grants a license to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit proprietary content except as permitted by law or expressly agreed in writing.

The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply according to the user's place of residence or other applicable law.
